Terms of use

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of cpon.com (the Site), operated by Agile Tech, UAB, a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 304691080, VAT ID LT100011207013), Ukmergės g. 364-49, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania (we, us). By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site publishes coupons for consumer gadgets. A coupon states a price for a product and is unlocked with an email address. We do not sell products, take payments or fulfill orders on the Site. A purchase happens on the product's official store under the store's own terms; for every brand on the Site that is www.techfibrr.com, an online shop that we also operate.

2. The coupons

A coupon is valid on the day it is shown, until midnight in your time zone. One coupon is issued per email address. The official store's price shown on a coupon is the price we observed at the time stated on the coupon; prices at the store may change. Some of the products featured are sold by companies connected to our publisher, Agile Tech, UAB.

3. No advice; information only

Content on the Site is general information, not professional, financial or other advice. Product details, availability and prices come from the official stores and may change at any time or contain errors. Always verify the price and the specifications with the store before buying.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, layout, graphics, logos and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third party brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of the Site. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use; any other use, including reproduction, scraping or republication, requires our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, no interfering with the Site's operation, no automated bulk collection of content, no entering email addresses that are not yours, and no use of the Site to distribute malware or unsolicited communications.

6. Third party websites

The Site links to the official stores of the products it features. Apart from the shops we operate ourselves, we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. When you leave the Site, the terms and privacy policy of the website you visit apply.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, including purchases made from third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page, and material changes apply from the moment they are published here. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts, except that if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you keep the protection of the mandatory rules, and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we will bring any proceedings against you as a consumer only in the courts of the country where you live.
